We are also the people who have figured out a cosmetic use for botulism and have plastic surgeons playing banker, offering loans to teenies wanting implants. We have a lot of technology and money on our hands, in other words.

Cosmetic surgery is also more common among the general population in the States than in Europe, so I'd expect a similar trend among pornstars, although one can also expect this group to have a higher prevalence of surgery than the average person.
