Sharka Blue - implants. She isn't the only one.
Lilliane Tiger - tattoos aplenty.

Monica Sweetheart-lobster on back of right shoulder
Stacy Silver-implants, tattoo on bicep, belly button pierced
Victoria Swinger-wraparound tattoo on bicep
Monique Covet-implants (can't remember if she has a tattoo)
aforementioned Liliane Tiger- three tattoos(flaming heart above pussy and various geometrical and tribal stuff above ass and on shoulder, piercings on pussy and belly button

I am sure these examples are only the tip of the iceberg.

he/she's saying it in a generalist sense... you gotta admit, the prevalence of implants and tats are disproportionately higher in american women

i really dont know why that is

We are also the people who have figured out a cosmetic use for botulism and have plastic surgeons playing banker, offering loans to teenies wanting implants. We have a lot of technology and money on our hands, in other words.

Cosmetic surgery is also more common among the general population in the States than in Europe, so I'd expect a similar trend among pornstars, although one can also expect this group to have a higher prevalence of surgery than the average person.
