Shes smart as hell 2. Kagney said she grew up in a small town and didn't plan on being a small town girl. A few girls i know just didn't get booked enough. Its not easy doing porn. We expect the girls to act like they are loving it, and thats not the case a lot of time. we had several new girls walk off the set because they aren't comfortable and we dont even shoot hardcore. I imagine a lot of them thoughts it was more glamorous than it is. Some of the girls that came said that many studios treat them like common hookers which isn't cool either. The girl above is right, the director has all of the control, the makeup artist has their own direction and a perfectly elegant woman can end up looking like the scum of the earth and the idiot shooting thinks that he made a masterpiece. you see those low quality films all the time. And im sure it doesn't flatter the girl when they list them in trailers and advertising with foul names. just my 2 cents on the subject [Link] |

I don't think most women who get into porn "wake up one morning" and casually decide to do a video. I think people fall into it more often than making a flippant decision or a calculated career move. Often there is often a process of seguing into the work from other areas of the sex industry. I think in many of those cases the performance aspect of lights, camera, action proves very different from work with private clients and can feel much more objectifying. Re-consideration of social stigma is a possible likely factor as well. [Link] |
