On one hand, yes, the guys are with the hottest women. On the other, they have to get it up, with several other people around. If you pull out and squirt, you have to have the timing just right, and the camera has to be in the right position, and if it's fucked up you don't get to do it again for awhile.
If you pull out early and finish off manually, you have a bit more control.

Goo point jayo. I hate it when the cumshot is botched because of a bad angle. With a little creativity though, directors could try an alternate method instead of having the guy just stand and jerk on the girls face. Have the guy jerk until he's close to cumming. Properly position camera. Reinsert cock into pussy/ass. Start rolling cameras. Have him repeatedly thrust until she gets him off the rest of the way. Then just edit that part in at the end of he scene.
Seems workable to me, since most of the times the cumshot is cut in at the end of the scene anyway.
