Some girls post nudes and their Twitter stays up, some other girls get their accounts taken down. Why? Am I missing some point?

One possibility is that since there are millions of twitter accounts and they can't all be policed appropriately by Twitter than it makes sense that some would be able to get away with doing more risky things. Another possibility might be in the level of nudity. Another might be that it's not just nudity but hardcore content.
I think you would be better served asking performers if they have ever been bared from Twitter and why.

A lot of times they have a picture showing nudity in the top header. That's one rule Twitter really enforces.
