A man legally having sex with a woman. She's an adult, is capable of her own decisions, and has the opportunity to say no, or date another 18 year old if she wishes. The problem with pedophilia isn't that there is an age gap; the problem is that the girl isn't physically or emotional mature enough to consent to a sexual encounter. The legal aspect is important, because a society needs to draw the line 'somewhere' (in the US, it's usually at the age of 18.) Not all 19 year old are mature enough to consent, and it's safe to say that some 16 year olds are mature enough to consent. The distinction is that no matter how mature a 16 year old is, she doesn't (generally speaking) have the legal capacity to work full time, sign contracts, own a house, get a car loan, etc etc. Egalitarian relationships often do have flaws; but that's no different than any other relationship though. So long as an 18 year old woman (or man) wants to have sex with a 70 year old man (or woman) there ain't nothing you can do about it, Bucko except burn with jealousy.
