I don't think the extreme market was anything like the "mainstream" market, but I still think you underestimate it's success in the early-mid 2000s. ^Any sex act is unsafe when it involves an STD-infected partner. Warc Wallice, not using any protection, was likely to transmit HIV to his partners with or without a creampie. While we know how Tricia got it because she told us, we do not know that all of the other women Marc Wallice infected were all the the results of creampies. It's reasonable to figure that all of them probably were not. ^The company has banned none of these acts. Why ban only one risky act, but not all the others? Also, while it is true that some acts carry a slightly higher risk of transmission than others, the point is that there is always a high risk when engaging in unprotected sex with an infected partner. If neither partner is infected, then there's no risk. Marc Wallice didn't spread HIV through creampies. He spread it by having unprotected sex at all.
Following porn-style unprotected anal sex, an anal creampie is no more likely to result in viral infection than internal ejaculation (and/or precum). If a condom is used during the anal sex, then I can understand the creampie prohibition. Of course, after porn-style anal sex, the linings of the rectum, the anal canal, and perhaps even the perianal skin will be traumatized. Tears may not heal prior to defecation (or may become rectal ulcers and chronic anal fissures). Hence bacterial infections and secondary issues that may develop as a result are major concerns regardless. In any case, why are you discussing anal creampies in a topic about extreme porn? Are anal creampies considered extreme now?
Extreme died out because of free websites. There's a difference between functional porn and story porn. Reasonable but not accurate, I believe that almost all the infections were from scenes that involved anal creampies. This was covered in a documentary I saw years ago, so I can't recall the details 100 percent. Perhaps someone else can confirm it.
