Can you folks tell me what the hell is going on here? What is so special about Blacked that would reel in non-IR girls? Is the money? Is it really the 'quality'? (I doubt this) Or is it just the classic case of girls jumping on the bandwagon, adopting a herd mentality? Or maybe something else, you guys tell me.

That\s a good question. I think its because the they shoot makes every scene look like its a big deal even if its not a big star(Dakota James or Payton Simmons). I also think that its because Blacked is the kid on the block and every wants to be apart it for that reason alone.

Either way, since Blacked is becoming known for an alternate style it seems that there is in fact some relation to the style in which they shoot IR and the number of pornstars who are "jumping out the woodwork" to shoot for them. I doubt that it's just a coincidence.
I think it's part this, part the minimizing of stereotypes (in other words, not as bad as Dogfart, but still very fetishized and slightly stereotyped), but mostly because, as the new site on the block, they're paying the money that other sites may not be willing to pay. And that strategy works great for girls that aren't stars (they aren't going to get that many large paydays, so they'll jump at them easier), and if your timing is correct and you have enough money, can reel in the big ones as well (Dani, for example).
^But that the thing tho Blacked does talk a lot about "Big black cocks" and thinds like that referencing to race, maybe not like Dogfarts but more then Monsters of cock and Jules does, so I don't think that's it. I do think it more about them making all the girls look like huge stars even when they not.
It's always about the money!!! But maybe you are looking at it from the wrong angle. Lot of past female pornstars postponed doing IR until they exhausted the non-IR market for their talents. This is of course excluding the Speigler girls who have traditionally come out the box doing IR. But times have changed and the quantity and frequency of non-IR scenes being shot has declined for several reasons -- fewer companies, shooting fewer releases, and some preferring to use well known female performers instead of newbies. The end results is you have more white female newbies chasing fewer jobs. So they are more willing to do IR scenes for work. Why Blacked? Again older companies seem to be going after the more established names some of whom were not doing IR before or not as frequently.
Actually Dani Daniels aside, who by the way wasn't an avoider she has an established path for her career and just follows that , begun lez only, then started to do boys then extended to IR , but in reality she was already hanging out with Prince a year before , also she is in the Industry roughly 2 years and filmed her scenes this spring , hardly a " long time avoider", they haven't any long time avoiders This could apply to Nikki Benz but she didn't go to Blacked she went to Jules Jordan. Those they sell as Jumping out are almost all new comers less than two years in porn, most of them less than year, some of them (Marry Lynn for example) did iR in their very first scene (Casting Couch HD with Tee Reel) or were already doing it regularly (Tysen Rich) some others did plenty (basically all the Europeans such as Anissa Kate) or were veterans in porn such as Jada Stevens who also is one of the most prolific IR performer But Keisha Grey, Skylar Green, Scarlet Red , Jllian Jenson , Natasha White , Farrah Flowers and many others they are selling as "convinced by the classy environment and set up" are actually newcomers , not much different from all the newcomers you may find in many other sites included Dogfart , who recently convinced Lisa Ann to work with them after many years attempting to , but they didn't sell this as the accomplishment it was , Lisa Ann is very picky, a true professional.They got in the gorgeous Capri Cavanni (who BTW already did IR very early in her career ) Jessica Ryan did her very first IR for them , they got Jennifer White in one of her first IR scenes (not sure if it was first or second) possibly Noelle Easton too (first or second) Alice Green is off chart , Valentina Nappi worked with them a lot , almost all Spieglergirls or former Spieglergirls are regular at Dogfart (Jessie Volt, Valentina Nappi, Penny Pax , Lily Labeau , Chastity Lynn , Sheena Shaw , Chanel Preston, Riley Reid, Remy Lacroix , Zoe Voss , Bobbi Starr ) I'm not even saying that blacked hasn't a different approach (not so much different actually , maybe less stressed than DF but they are there they just look like they aren't.) but they are very good at selling their product , or better their fans are exceptionally good at advertise their product. But when Samantha Bentley said she wanted to do an IR scene they stayed silent , she would have matched all that they sell, long time performer, high profile actress , truly beautiful, natural body , same for Siri she had to wait for a long time , and though many didn't believe her Nikki Benz was saying often she wanted to (though she's doesn't fit the usual Blacked performer who are all natural) until Jules Jordan called her out and , yes she agreed , four scenes have been filmed so far all IR (With Flash, with Lex, with Jovan Jordan, with Lex and Samantha Saint) Mandy Muse is asking to be booked for an IR scene it's been some weeks now , possibly months , nobody stepped forward so far Same for Karmen Karma who reached an agreement with Mimefreak even though it has yet to be filmed due to his schedules another star a "long term avoider" I'm not mentioning here said she would do given the right environment and set up, nobody stepped forward ,but I'm sure it'll happen soon. Anyway it's not a coincidence but I don't think it's because of Blacked they happen to have the good timing , but there are many directors out there who don't do the usual thug crap (not even Dogfart did at first their first scenes hadn't any of the racial crap they've been led by customers asking for "humiliation" and "punishment" basically the same path that is affecting the cuckold themed movies slowly shifting into heavy humiliation or even bisexuality) great directors the way I see it , Mimefreak is one , Dana Vespoli another , Jay Sin (Sean Michaels is regular there) Some movies put random IR scenes in there especially some parodies , plus it's partly due to the lack of work for many stars , plus the new perception of sexuality by many customers who aren't shocked by IR (they aren't for years now but some only recently got it) the fact that some of the avoiders actually fuck black guys in private life (Taylor Rain was one of those , Alexis Ford was another during her whole contract at Wicked no IR scenes with them, Lisa and Julia Ann too didn't do IR scenes while under contract (when it was expiring Julia did two though) but never had a problem with it Lisa's first scene before signing (or second) was IR. Sophia Santi din't while at DP but as soon as she went free she signed for Justin Slayer. To this add the torment many stars are getting from some obsessed (either IR, Anal, double anal, gang bangs , DPs) and they want to put an end to this So put all of this together and you discover it's the right time for such a site and they do have beautiful women in there who are also natural with no implants which is a seemingly growing preference among the customers along with some bush down there

^^^^I agree Dani was never an IR "D word" but she always said that the reason she waited to do IR was because she did like the way most IR is presented in a racial way. In fact i remember on twitter her saying that she was waiting for her website to launch to start IR because of the "Racist Shit". The reason i thought that Karmen Karma was not really interested in do IR is because she tweeted that she wanted to work with Dogfarts and they tweeted her back saying "lets' d it" and nothing from her after that and so they tweeted her again like2 days ago and still nothing from her so i just thought she was after retweets and follows, i guess i was wrong and i apologize. ^I always thought that that was a myth perpetrated by those old and out of date agents that still believe doing IR hurts careers. Its all bullshit and i think Blacked is kind of disproving that.
^Karmen Karma's official profile have IR listed she's officially available for it as for what happened with Dogfart two months ago may be due to words she had with Mimefreak much like Aalyah Love or Ashlee Graham but for various reasons he didn't film the scene yet , so she was just waiting for him at that time , now it's different and she's listed as available

I've only seen the first released title but was impressed with the scenes presented. Good video quality and the amount of oral done to the girls in the scenes was great also. The head from the four girls wasn't super over the type gagging which I appreciated so based on that one title I definitely want to see more from them.

I like the theory that its because they make everybody look like a big star. Another theory, just an uninformed one mind you, is... Perhaps Dogfart has some detractors inside the industry and it catches the ear of some of the starlets who are considering working with them. Perhaps Blacked still has an unsullied rep because of youth, or maybe they are aggressively trying to do business in a way that doesn't resemble some of the companies that get bad-mouthed. Again, just a shot in the dark.
^ Or they are making believe the stars they are different Or made a deal with some agencies to reserve some stars for them , for example even though Spiegler has some of the most beautiful girls in the industry, even though most of them do IR , even though their names are frequently requested by the fans , there is still no Spieglergirl at Blacked but they are frequently seen at Dogfart Or they pay more and spend more for the sets but they only have one site ,only one update per week , few scenes, much less room on servers , much less bandwidth needed , whereas Dogfart has 23 sites running each updated once or even twice a month (aside those devoted to retired stars) including a couple IR gay sites, and three IR sites focused on black girls , hundreds of scenes , at least three updates per week , much bigger server much more bandwidth needed , to this add they had to remaster their content twice. Another thing may be that Blacked shares their set with reality kings and other sites which may allow the stars to shoot more than one scene per day or even to stay there for a week and keep shooting minimizing their expenses and optimizing their time especially those coming from some other States or cities

I think we missed one of the most probable reasons...they offer the girls a shit ton of money.
^ I don't judge over directors for what they are doing..However I would never shoot anything thuggish where the girls are dropping the N-Bomb...There are too many people in the industry that don't agree with it and very few that do. Simply IR scenes are very hot these days! Nothing is more exciting to see a well endowed black guy doing it with a hot young blonde girl. The contrast and still a certain "taboo" makes it so. IR scenes are one of the most watched and sold scenes today. Blacked.com is the high quality standard of IR. So when a girl debuts on Blacked.com she has a very good scene on her portfolio.
I would be one of the people that doesn't agree with it. The word alone in any context makes me uncomfortable. It's one of the reasons I chose to shoot my first with you because you do it all in such a nice classy way
