I'm still a fan of fullscreen porn because I don't like seeing the black bars on the top and bottom of the picture. I want my porn to take up the entire screen, so I can see more of the women. What is the cause of this movement to widescreen porn. Is it because more and more of the porn buying audience have widescreen TVs? Even with some widescreen TVs, you're going to get a smaller picture. Any producers/directors care to share their thoughts?  [Link] |

Right now, it doesn't matter too much if the camera shooting the action is a hi-def cam shooting 16:9, because you can only cram so much data on the standard DVDs of today. I can barely imagine how good porn will be in just a couple years from now, when the war between Blu-Ray and Hi-Def formats has been settled, and we get to see true hi-def in most porn. Of course, that means we'll all have to upgrade our players, but I have no doubt it will be worth it. [Link] |
