A lot of Brits moved to Argentina over the last few centuries, so I would expect more of a British influence. It is political power , he controls many strings of power although you correctly assumed that the population of Italy is not so observant nor obedient Twice we largely voted against his will , when we wanted the divorce and when we wanted the possibility of a legal abortion , both times with roughly 80% in favour of them.
