I've never experienced a prostate massage. The closest I've come is applying a little pressure to the taint area while spanking it. But I understand that it can be rather pleasurable.
Yet, though I've seen an awful lot of weird stiff in porn over the years, I've never seen a prostate massage in mainstream porn. I haven't even seen it at some of the specialty sites, like those of Hearher Brooke, Wifey, Klixen, and Chica's Place, though it wouldn't surprise me if I'd missed some examples over the years and I suppose I might find some at clips4sale.
Has this just been overlooked, or is the market for watching this that small?

It's probably considered gay by many. Only scene I can think of is a bonus scene in RLD Gangbang #5, Sasha Grey sticks her finger up Jake Malone, but not very far and not for long. Since it seems like a neat trick, supposedly making the guy cum faster and stronger, it's kind of odd it's so rare, especially in blowjob scenes that can become pretty repetative and dull.

IMHO, it's not any gayer than DVP or DAP. I"m gonna have to find a hooker who'll do it so I can come back here and know whereof I speak, but if it produces a better orgasm, and if the signs of that better orgasm are visible, or can be faked by your average porn stud, I don't see any reason why we shouldn't be seeing it every now and then.

I think the filming of it just leads to awkward positions. I saw Kurt Lockwood getting his prostate milked in a recent scene on Videobox and to film the action he had to lie down on a stool and hold his legs and feet in the air. Just wasn't fun to watch although I'm sure it felt great.
