You know there's a regular actress that plays a porn star on Cable TV Kelly Carlson. She plays Kimber on Nip/Tuck and she looks totally beyond awesome in her big, but shorter than shoulder length hair. I wish Kelly would do porn for REAL! lordish

I don't know if that's true, but I went though my long haired hippie weirdo freak stage in the '70's and short hair is WAAAY easier to care for. Course now I'm bald and don't have to worry about it at all! My lady Nancy used to have very long hair until it got tangled up into a gigantic knot that she couldn't get out. She's had short hair ever since. lordish
yes i definitely see a lot more women with short hair in general society than in the porn world. at work, at the mall, at the movies, at concerts....i love it.....good thing for me, it is starting to be reflected by the performers now too......it used to be i had to really search for performers with short hair....but now they are easy to find......and there are also performers who started with long hair but then went for a shorter look.....like kayla synz.......[ invalid url ]....

I think the short hair look can be really sexy. When Tori Lane got her short bob haircut, I thought it was a really sexy look. Also, Sierra Sinn had fairly short hair, kind of a pixie cut I guess. Definitely Belladonna always looks hot with short hair. Arizona

Most men don't like women with short hair. And men are the ones that watch the most porn. If I ran a porn company or ANY entertainment company, I would tell every girl you will be fired if you cut your hair, get implants & tattoos. Many actresses and singers lose popularity if they cut their hair. It's ridiculous but it happens. Actress Keri Russell cut her hair short on her show 'Felicity'. The ratings dropped after. The network then put a claus in every actress' contract on their network to never cut their hair. Alyssa Milano was the only one with that much power there that she went and cut her hair anyway despite what her bosses told her. I have read on many porn forums fans disappointed when their favorite porn star has cut her hair and gotten implants or tattoos.
^I think you might have hit upon what a couple of other people have mentioned in this thread. Some girls are so beautiful that they would look awesome no matter what. Of course Hanna Hilton looks great with short hair. She'd also look great with medium-length hair, or long hair, or green hair or no hair. But that's because she's one of the most beautiful women you'll ever see. Not all girls are lucky enough to look as good as Hanna. So maybe they feel that they have to stick with the less "risky" haircuts, and just keep it long. I think I'm actually more of a fan of short hair than many people are, but I recognize that if a girl is hoping to have the most "mass appeal", she's probably better to stick with the longer hair. [edit: I also like really long hair, like Sasha Grey for example. Or even longer. I have a friend whose hair goes down below her butt by a couple of inches, and I think she's the most gorgeous person ever. Well, again, I agree; she would look great with short hair. But a)Sasha Grey, like Hanna Hilton, falls into the category of girls who would look good no matter what they did, and b) no other girl in porn right now (that I know of, anyway) has hair that long, so it should be treasured. It's not easy to grow that kinda shit you know!

Wow, don't know who she is or how I possibly missed her given her age, but I can definitely see why you like her. I truthfully prefer longer hair, but do think short hair or hair worn-up looks especially hot on certain women, especially with glasses worn. Plus as a guy who loves looking at female backs, long hair tends to hide things too much bodywise sometimes. So there are certain woman who I love to see with their hair worn-up, or at least tossed to the side.
