Well, I don't want to be the super hero over here. But having sex for over 1 hour is not that special? I wouldn't say that I don't have these when it is all over after 10 minutes, but going for the long run is not unusual for me..
Desensitization can also be it as well. They are having a lot of sex all of the time. What happens when you jerk off to a lot of porn over a long period of time? Sometimes the masturbation sessions can last longer because the body isn't overwhelmingly aroused.

Wow guys I'm really surprised. From my 'limited' experience I know guys to be good for 10 -15 minutes before they blow. Never thought some guys can go for an hour much less hours.
Like for pornstars its quite well known that all of them are using either or some combination of Viagra, Cialis, Caverject.
Most scenes are cut to look continuous but if you watch behind the scenes stuff you can see when a certain scene is stopped, and the performers rest, get water, discuss the previous or upcoming angles and positions. There are of course many scenes that are uncut or very minimally cut.
Personally I don't think that lasting for an hour is that big of an achievement. It's probably from watching porn and masturbating since I was very young but I have to actively focus and try to cum when having sex. You never heard of editing. I also agreed these guys take drugs and breaks during filming. All of them takes break during filming
To hold an erection and fuck for a long time it dont needs drugs or to masturbate before. Its a question of training.
