I'll make this simple:
Year One: typically in their late teens, early 20's, they have that CUTE & INNOCENT look going for them from being new to the porn industry, looking like NORMAL girls you see on the street every day, with modest make-up and the GIRL NEXT DOOR look.
Year Two: they get the hang of porn and start to POLISH their image, often losing the BABY FAT they had in year one, PLUCKING their eyebrows, etc. They trade some HINTED sexuality for OVERT sexuality in their appearance. Their makeup is more professional, but still just HIGHLIGHTS their face.
Year Three: girls still in their EARLY TWENTIES pile foundation makeup on their face with a TROWEL, completely HIDING their skin's true appearance.
Two possibilities:
1. Girls in porn don't take good care of themselves and their skin goes south.
2. They do it for the same reason they get implants and botox: a mistaken belief a NEW and "better" look will get them more money.
