use of guns ,fighting scenes and many other things which are allowed in mainstream and softcore movies are restricted in porn.this leaves less options for people who wants to make full length story based films .any specific reason why it is restricted in porn but allowed in softcore/mainstream? I understand that gun shots ,fight scenes should be used in such a way that it should not create wrong impact but for some stories they have to be included as a demand from story.anyone knows what all is restricted in porn movies ?may be that will help to draft stories to make it acceptable for porn industry .
Do you mean actual firing of guns? I believe one of the salierixxx films/series was based on WW2 German occupation and had the whole guns/uniforms of the times. Can't remember the title but had all the great stars such as Mandy Dee, Cathy Heaven, Anastasia Devine, Nicole Sweet, Candy Alexa etc etc. I know you meant hardcore and not softcore, but you can't go past the early Actiongirls vids for seeing buff, oiled up Czech/Hungarian chicks firing GPMGs, MANPADS and squad automatic weapons etc. There is a fantastic short 5min vid titled "Shoot 'em Up" that shows this type of action. (Sorry to woffle off topic a bit).

The power of hyperactive misreading...Kinkbomb is a distribution site for other people's productions, and they're simply ascertaining that all the content submitted for distribution follows its own terms and conditions. Nobody's getting "audited" based on any sort of governmental regulation here.
The problem is not guns or violence in a porn movie. The problem is if you involve guns or violence during the sex scene itself. You are enticing DAs in conservative states to hit you with obscenity charges which they have done in the past. They know they can find juries that will convict if they see scenes in which women are being abused. Back in the 70s when adult industry first took off there were companies like Avon that went to the extreme doing movies involving blood, rape, etc. That's when it first started. So how does a company like Kink.com get away with shooting scenes like that (i.e. hardcore sex with BDSM action)? Because they exploit a loophole by only making their content available via online subscription!!! They do not distribute on DVD via mail order like others have tried who all got hit with obscenity charges by conservative republican controlled states. They cannot go after Kink.com or it would be almost impossible to win because they are not exporting their content to your state you are downloading the content yourself. That's why you will never see Kink.com release their content on DVD in the U.S.
I'm actually surprised to see some of the stuff that KINK and other websites apparently allow because I've always thought it was illegal to show a girl restrained while having sex or to show any sex that wasn't 100% consentual. Are the rules/laws different for websites than for DVD/movies? I know that showing fisting isn't allowed on DVDs because it's illegal in some places/states. Is that the case with some of the other stuff that show up on the web but not in "mainstream" porn?
^^ That was a long time industry practice that was accepted universally by all producers. If you'll notice after any such feature or scene they'll have the participants speak of their experience and say they had participated consensually.
