Pornstars like Alysa Gap, Arwen Gold, Hot Kinky Jo etc are infamous for their extreme anal gaping. But how is this gonna affect them when they're older? Are they gonna need to start wearing diapers when they're like 50 years old or how does all this punishment and gaping affect the body?

^I don't think that anyone knows if "extreme anal stars" will need diapers in the future or not.

You are making an assumption that they're damaging their bodies instead of considering that they may be able to relax their muscles on demand. If you can condition yourself, it won't necessarily have long-term damaging effects.

When you surf around looking for informed studies, you get differing results. For example, on one local site on the UK's National Health Service, it states that anal sex can be one cause of faecal incontinence, whereas on the main NHS site, a search for potential damage caused by anal sex focuses solely on transmitted diseases and makes no mention of incontinence.
The jury is probably out. I did once know a girl who worked at a clinic and she reported seeing far more faecal incontinence in gay men in their 40's and above than any other group, male or female, but that's anecdotal of course.
^not a very good analogy between pure superstition promulgated by religious idiots trying to ban masturbation, and a real debate to be had on a genuine issue.

^There's no real debate to be had without real, empirical data. So, can you point us to the relevant peer reviewed medical literature?

Not really, there's too much to scroll through. That's why I didn't take a stance either way. You could hit the search engine like I did and take pot luck. The medical references I referred to gave no links to research or bibliography. My attention spane waned after about 20 minutes anyway.

Do you know or even just heard of anyone who is using diapers for practicing extreme anal sex?

^^ Well yeah, but I wasn't taking the diaper bit literally; rather dealing with incontinence itself. Sheena Shaw once quoted Amy Brooke, no stranger to anal sex, as saying to new stars "OK, girls, keep it up and you're going to be a spokesperson for adult diapers!".
To deny that prolonged extreme anal sex may have consequences that could include incontinence in later life flies in the face of some, not all, medical views. That makes it an issue worthy of debate doesn't it? That's all I was saying.

^Unless Amy Brooke followed up her comment by mentioning the name of a study that I can at least read the abstract of, then what she said doesn't carry any weight for me at all.
I don't see what value there is to a debate from ignorance on a question of medical science. Even if we were all MDs, we would still not have magical knowledge of this subject and would need to reference the peer reviewed medical literature. If there's nothing to reference then we're just offering uninformed, utterly unreliable guesses about science.

A debate completely abstract with a logic in it doesn't make it true .
Also I'd like to understand why nothing of that sort ever comes out from Europe even though we're practicing anal sex for over 3,000 years
At first it was just anal sex then since nothing could be proven now it's extreme anal sex.
Still no study provided.
we're talking diapers or incontinence , unless my grasp of English is completely wrong here, incontinence means the inability to restrain a phisiological leak.
Unless you mean the urge to go to the bathroom as soon as the stmuli comes still you can wait until you reach such bathrooms , minutes? hours? it's entirely different from incontinence whose meaning is whatever need to come out will do no matter the will of the person involved and this is the reason for using a diaper, because there's no controll of the let's say "polluting emissions"

^ The OP talks of "extreme" anal; but can I please clarify something (again). I'm not the proponent here of one argument or the other. I used 'may' and 'could' deliberately to illustrate that there is no conclusive evidence I have found either way. There are opposing medical opinions I have read. If I was arguing one way or another then I'd give the supporting research or whatever. Because there is so much opposing opinion I didn't. I've been forced on the defensive by those who can't grasp that fact.
If there was any conclusive evidence then we would be able to give a yes or no answer to the question. Then there wouldn't be a debate required at all.
I hope that's clear. I'm not taking sides; there's no need for anyone to imply otherwise!

Well, as it appears we're doing the same thing , I'm not in denial, much like you, I'm merely stating that there's no actual evidence about what the OP states, as for studies , any extreme use of a body can be damaging , anal sex wouldn't be an execption yet specific studies about a "professional" use of one's ass aren't there as far as i know

This is such a pointless question.
