Yep, Faust, directed by the great Brian Yuzna and starring the equally great Jeffrey Combs. Pretty twisted fun, but softcore. Apart from that one scene I can't recall anything else like that scene in the movie, and there's no sex.

I loved that movie! I'm such a sucker for those Direct to DVD/Cable Sci-Fi films. Give me Chupacobra's Bride anyday!
