well I am not a woman but I have a girlfriend who likes porn very much. At least I think so. However I dont believe she is gonna ever be like me. It is just a phase that she will pass in the near future. Then when she will get extremely horny she is gonna get readdicted again... and so on...But when we get married (if we get married) and her age goes over a certain time limit then she is gonna love porn even more...You know what I mean..
An addiction is characterized by the continuation of an activity even though it is harmful to yourself or to others. As long as porn enhances a relationship rather than replaces it, it's healthy. When porn is chosen as a substitute for human interaction, or worse it invades a relationship, then it's an addiction. Watching porn regularly plus seeking and maintaining intimacy is awesome. Avoiding intimacy by means of porn is destructive to everybody.
After reading the christian article, I feel bad. I never knew that watching porn as a woman means that I'm lonely and have been molested as a child. Or that it means that I'm mentally instable. Sometimes, I just watch some porn stuff online. That is nothing I would print on a T-shirt, but I don't feel that I'm a sinner either. It's just watching people fuck, that is nothing bad, imho that is better than randomly watch people kill each other on TV. :)

Well said, but I think it can also be the other way round. People without social competence who are destroyed by loneliness already can find at least a small part of what they miss in porn and therefore manage to find some kind of reason to live... or at least not to die. (Especially if the women in the movies squirt for real... )
Like most of the porn stars I have a fan club on Internet. Sometimes (rarely) a girl joins in. Many times it appear to be a man pretending being a women thinking this was it will be easier to get in touch with me ! Funny isn't it !
