I think you're making erroneous assumptions about this kind of scene. If the woman was fucked for another half hour after she'd had enough, you'd be correct. Anything I've witnessed has come near the end of the scene and usually signals it's time to wrap it up. Unless there's abuse involved, I don't think there are very many women who would mind being screwed into a nice, deep sleep. Gauge in WOAD 2 , taking a nap alongside her paycheck is a great example of total contentment with a sound railing.
I don't see it as a "time thing"...because if it was, then, let's say, 29 minutes of fucking after she doesn't want it would be okay--but 30 minutes wouldn't. Does this logic make sense?
