there was one where he pissed in the girls mouth and she started crying cause she didnt like it and didnt know that was part of the scene. theres another one where he puts some device in a girls pussy and start fucking her in the ass as shes crying like a hell.
Lain Oi. Max kept calling her stupid until she began crying and left. Just plain mean. Perhaps the judge should have sentenced him to spend a week incarcerated with obese, hairy women with strap-ons.

I'm not a Max fan, but my pal loaned me a half a dozen dvd's, one of them was "Max Factor 11". The first two scenes were pretty much as I expected, a girl dressed up to look like a young teen, roughly fucked, slapped around and generally humiliated. The last scene with a girl called Jessie was not very nice, this girl looked very young and naive and Max really worked her. He slapped her, pissed on her, fucked her ass and threatened to fuck her younger sister if she told her parents. It all seemed realistic and it was quite disturbing, I haven't brought any Max Hardcore movies and after watching that, I don't intend too either....J. Edited by - jettyman on 3/12/2009 6:24:36 PM

The last few threads show that porn has something for everyone. Love him or loath him he filled a gap for that type of porn in the market and he must of sold enough units to make plenty of money, but he's still a creepy guy. Mind you I bet he's got enough memories stored in his wank-bank to see him through his prison sentence...J.
I was in thr 12-14 old range when the internet came out. We're all desenatized to almost everything. I don't think I was 13 when i saw that scene. would've had to been in the high school age(even though I was 13 in HS). Either way scene was still pretty messed up.
I woke up today and everything is still everything! 400 Posts 1/09

this post is not for anyone in particular, but for someone who might know. i have to say that i'm not really into "MAX bashing" even though if i got to know the guy its likely that i would probably not like him much. However, I'm curious, isn't the MAX HARDCORE schtick the same as what the German porn folks have been doing for years, golden showers, humiliation, under-age fantasy, domination? i am not in the industry and would not begrudge anyone of their negative experience with the guy, and would admit that his stuff is going to offend large numbers of adult consumers (i for example can't get into the golden showers, defecation, menstrual blood gig). but it seems that today a whole bunch of people do what he does without the level of critique he gets. i mean all that "gag" stuff is just MAX done by people who folks have no real beef with? he might be a the prick everyone says he is, and he's probably made plenty of enemies in the business, but as an outsider from my pov it seems that the industry left him to hang at their own detriment? even with obama in office, doesnt' it stand to reason that these right-wing, moralist conservatives are going to start targeting more popular people that also make extreme stuff. for example, didn't the go after john stagliano? i'm very curious about the lack of support folks in the industry provided for MAX. any adult industry lawyers out there care to respond, or any producers/directors/actor-actresses? its been something on my mind lately. I'm far from being part of 'the industry' but in what way was Max left out to dry? I've never heard of any company helping out another financially during an obscenity case, except for the extension of credit to a distributor during the JM Productions case. JM didn't offer any financial aid to Max either, as far as I know, and they hardly pretend to any higher moral standard, hell they were the last people around who would agree to distribute Max.

Speaking only for myself, I think by saying Max was "left out to dry" means that there wasn't a strong show of support by others in the industry, which does appear to be to the industry's own detriment. Just going by some of the comments posted here in this forum, there were quite a few people in the industry who were siding with the prosecution, not for anything illegal that he had done, but simply because they don't like the guy and, on that basis, wanted to see him put in jail. Usually, when a colleague is being unjustly targeted, everyone else in the industry or profession will put personal sentiments aside in order to show solidarity. But that didn't happen with Max. It doesn't necessarily mean you help him out financially. But you don't keep cheering on the other side either. That's what doesn't make any sense. I also think alot of it had to with people just wanting to jump on the bandwagon and not be on the unpopular side, lest they be compared as being the same as Max Hardcore. That's the only rationale I can think of for anyone in porn to cheer the prosecution of another pornographer.

That's not true. We have given free advertising to companies being prosecuted. Other companies give free product to help out retailers. Some companies do help with money as well. I don't know if Max received any financial assistance. Or if he even needed it.

The parts I didn't like are when he'd use the speculum, write on her face with lipstick, and stick his fingers up her ass and push her colon(?) out of her pussy. I will say, he did know how to film a cumshot and realize that the girl is the star of said cumshot and not the guy.
Typical. Read the title of the tread....even though the spelling is bad. List Evil's worst scenes. But of course people need to get on there soap box and yap about there fellings on Max Hardcore etc. Stick to the thread title. If the thread asked what your feelings are on Max and his type of movies......that would be different. If you don't agree with the topic.......DON"T click it and move on. Nuthin like a nice...... Piece of ASS!

That's right, I couldn't remember the exact details but I was trying to refer to when several companies helped out Five Star (ironically that didn't include JM). I have heard of retailers being supported but I've never heard of any financial help between companies on the other major cases against producers (Adam & Eve, VCX, Seymour Butts, etc). Realtip's call for 'solidarity' wouldn't actually have any real world impact on the success or failure of a case. I also don't know who he is referring to as members of the industry who didn't support Max. I can think of only one poster connected to the industry, who has since changed his mind, who didn't think the case against Max was BS. Certainly a lot of people don't like Max, often for good reasons, but almost every post from an industry person I read differentiated their feelings toward Max from the case itself. The only ones overtly calling for Max to take a fall were fans.

Years ago, I mentioned the Kelsey Michaels/Max Hardcore scene and Max (Paul Little) responded. This is what he said: Adult DVD Talk Forum Post For those interested, this is what I wrote: Adult DVD Talk Forum Post I didn't respond to Max, you can draw your own conclusions. I will say that I took no delight in his prosecution or conviction, he didn't deserve that fate, but he brought on most of his problems himself. It was his decision to push the boundaries, from his early films of making the actresses look young to his degradation of actresses in his later incarnation. It was a sad day when he lost in court but he didn't have many friends in the porn business, he was a maverick, he wanted it that way, and he suffered the consequences.
Does anyone have a link to a rundown on Max's case, explaining the alleged crime for which he was prosecuted, and perhaps the actual sentence rendered, when said crime apparently stuck, that doesn't need to be pieced together via a 500+ post thread, or an equivalent mass decyphered in legalese?
What world is he living in? His movies and those like it are a niche market, that's minority stuff. The majority are more into that Vivid, Playboy kind of thing.
He didn't deserve it because the 'obscenity' law is ridiculous in principle. No one deserves that. He didn't bring anything on himself.

Most of the porn fans Max would've met would be the type to hang at porn conventions, i.e. the hardcore raincoaters. That probably explains his misconception. But everything he ever says is BS anyway, I don't think even he believes it.
