Here on forum we have threads where we can complain about things in porn, where we can praise the things we like or talk about what we don't like, about what would we change - but I would like this thread to be a place about experience with suggestions, ideas and critics sent to the porn stars or porn production sites. That is, I want to determinate how user/consumer friendly are they to us. All sites are nowadays online, they offer previews, their DVDs, membership to their sites - and there isn't a single fetish that you won't find searching the net. Still, with all of that stuff offered to us - we find things that we don't like, things that 'are okay but it could be made better', that is, we have proposals, suggestions, ideas, wishes... So, I'll start with my experience. I wrote to Club Seventeen. On their web-page (in FAQ) it is stated...: Q: I would like to see special pictures, for example red head girls masturbating? A: If you have special request and it is not on our site, go the "Special Request" item and write an e-mail. I asked them why don't they have some foot-fetish stuff. I mean, even on Wikipedia, it is said for them that They (the girls) also often wear colorful socks which they leave on after all their other clothes are removed. Well, I didn't get any answer, they didn't bothered to answer anything. (I wrote to them two months ago.) And what about this: A Happy Customer Is Your Walking Advertisement and A Happy Customer is a Loyal Customer?  So, OK, they are going to continue to make nice videos with nice girls wearing socks but they won't make foot-fetish related video. I understand that they are not exclusive foot-fetish site, but, c'mon. They already have things like: shaved girls, black girls, Asians, redheads... Would that be such a problem to make nice feet video now and then?  I wrote to Juliette Stray. She started as a hot readhead, but later turned to 'ordinary' blond T-girl. Graham from EA-I have mailed Graham countless times and he is as polite and friendly on here as he is in PM messages,said he liked several of my ideas for movies etc and welcomed any more ideas that i might want to share with him. Jonni Darkko-Posted many times in the Darkko thread but also shared some PM messages and again great Director who likes fan feedback. Omar Galanti-Posted lots of times in the Omar thread and again another good Director who was quite humbled to find out that we all think his work is great.Posted several messages to Omar before he finally found his way to ADT,he took on board my name suggestion for his move and liked it so much that he chose to use it for Omar's Slippery Anal Poundings. Bobbi Starr-Another great Director and posted to Bobbi and even managed to get my "letter/suggestion" read out on her email section of her website which is great i must add. I just cannot afford it - I love their work, I occasionally buy their CDs and watch their movies. And even if they would wrote something like: Well, become our member and we'll see what can we do for you..., I wouldn't it consider fair. I just proposed to include one fetish (feet) - and that wouldn't be just for me, there are bunch of people who love that kind of stuff - so it would be more like an new feature on the site. The same can be said for websites that are not "official" to that porn star -- they are run by former contract companies, hired hands or rip-off site owners, and the performer never sees the email. For companies, you're best bet is either to contact their marketing department, or their publicist (if they have one), as a lot of times the email address on the site is rarely answered. Obviously, ADT is a great forum to contact anyone in porn that is a member, and it also gets passed to non-members that can sign up to reply. ;) [Link] |
