| Opium Deactivated User 300 Posts 3/12 |  Posted - Apr 8 2012 : 10:41AMi've noticed that there are often errors regarding the "years active" info on IAFD. usually the performer is listed as active LONGER than they've been in porn due to being in compilations, etc. i also have seen errors regarding the year a pornstar ENTERED porn. just 2 examples (there are several more but i can't remember them): sean michaels in an interview said he started doing porn in september of 1988 but on IAFD it says he started in 1985. alex sanders entered porn in 1993 but IAFD says he appeared in 1 movie in 1991. is there anything that can be done about these blatant errors? Jeff @ IAFD  Webmaster IAFD.COM 931 Posts 6/00 | Posted - Apr 12 2012 : 8:09AM The year active field is generated by the database (simple min/max of years) but we can tell the DB to ignore certain titles for certain performers... so sometimes it just takes one title out of the acceptable range to screw it up, and all we have to do is mark that title and the aberration will be gone... but if we don't know about that title, the error remains...
