Hello all -

I purchase 8 dvd's from this website. in return they charge my card, but I never got my dvd's yet. I email them and call the number that was on my statement, the person that answer said they do not deal with bubblegirls.com .


What should i do?

I email them at support@bubblegirls.com . no reply.

It also said on the invoice they are using Netbilling, i called netbilling , they said they don't have a charge for my order. but there a charge on my card statment.

Has anybody else order from them? Are they real or is this a scam?

Don't know, but dispute the charges ASAP! Something is fishy here and you don't want too be the one getting shafted.

Did the the amount and date of the credit card charge match the amount and date of your order at bubblegirls?

Sorry misunderstood your first post. I thought that you were saying that you ordered 8 DVDs from THIS website (adultdvdtalk.com) and then you were charged by bubblegirls.com. We don't sell DVDs. You would be surprised how often people think they have ordered from us though.

I would dispute the charges on your credit card though and do it soon. How long has it been since you placed your order? How long since the credit card charge hit your account?

Today i did recieve my dvd's in the mail.

Now my question..

1. why didn't Netbilling have any information about this tranaction?

2. why are they using somone else 1-800 number?

3. why didn't anybody return my emails?

Basically because you used a shitty place that you knew nothing about. Many places front multiple businesses (hence the 800 number) and netbilling (like most other internet billing services), doesn't know everything about every transaction. Odds are, about all they had was a to, a from, and an amount. They had your money already, why should they pay you too much attention? A good store doesn't charge you until they actually ship the product. All in all, that's why many of us refuse to use anybody but an Adult DVD Talk affiliate for our purchasing or check here before trying somebody new (for websites which might be too small or limited to be an affiliate).
