Has anyone ordered from this retailer before? They have a dvd from a French company that is not found anywhere else (or at least I cannot find it anywhere else), went through their checkout procedure, nothing is charged to the credit card until the order is shipped - but they demand to verify the address before shipping which is where I'm stuck. They sent me a letter by snail mail, and I have it here in my hand with the unlock code to allow the order to ship out. But I follow the instructions and the website simply does not have the place to enter this unlock code into. And their contact form generates a generic database error upon submitting. No other email address is found.
I'm doubtful I'll get something out of this here, but suppose it's still worth a shot. Anyone have previous experience ordering from them?
