Could you give a little more information on your orders? Were these in-stock or out-of-stock items? Are you having trouble with how long it takes us to ship or the transit time? Which shipping method did you select? Was it the free shipping option (e.g. media mail)? Do you live in the US?

We pride ourselves on fast and accurate shipping. You can even place your first class or priority mail order for in-stock items as late as 6pm PST (M-F) or 4:30pm (Sat) and we will ship it the same day. So you can understand my surprise to hear about poor turnaround times. If you give me the details of your specific delays then I will surely get to the bottom of it.

I always use XRent, I think you do a great job. It's just that on three of my last 4 orders the time it has taken for the movies to be delivered has been much longer than usual.

You might also consider selecting FedEx Ground for your next order or two. It is about $2 more depending on the size of your order but does have a lot better tracking. At present, only Express Mail is well tracked by the USPS.
