They usually issue a store credit the same day that I approve the redemption request. It may take them a little longer if your redemption email address doesn't match an address in their customer database. (They will attempt to contact you at the redemption email address in this case.) Since they issue store credit instead of a gift certificate they need to know which customer account to apply the credit to.

Are you waiting on a redemption?
