When orders are placed, they consistenly fail to mail dvds in timely manner, one must call them to remind them! They are very good at taking your money first. This very typical of XonAir, expect such services. Now you know so you can just skip XonAir all together. The employees of XonAir are rude, inconsiderate, and just plain lame. Everyone! As far as failing to mail discs in a timely manner, the last order I placed with them was on a Thursday evening, and I had my discs by 11:30 am on Saturday. You can't get much better than that. I've never had to call & remind them to send out a shipment, nor has this happened with any other online retailer.  [Link] |

After repeatedly providing testing results as proof that the affiliate sales tracking system was no longer functional they finaally acknowledged that they had a problem. We asked if they would consider compensating us in some type of fashion that was fair to both parties for the drop in affiliate revenue and the response was something along the lines of "tough shit." We promptly removed them from the price search. [Link] |
