Is xonair's registration really free? Are they a legit company?

Yes, they are legitimate. For most studios the have good screenshots and many trailers. I have ordered from them a few times and had no problems. They have had some reasonable sales from time to time, usually by studio. I am not sure if other ADT posters have reported problems. I think they participated in ADT for a time but dropped out.

It is a shame they don't participate in ADT. They often run some pretty good studio sales which would be competative in the price search. They also have a regular coupon code available. I know I have missed some of their specials because they are not on the price search.

I order from them quite a bit because they allow pre-order of upcoming titles and the dates they show them available are usually solid. They also ship the packages at a high priority so I get the package in a couple of days from when they shipped it instead of it taking a week or more.

The only problem I ever had was with one shipment that had two wrong titles (Vol. 26 instead of 28 and another one was a totally wrong title but right studio and volume number). I filled out a trouble ticket and went through the hassle of returning the titles. They reimbursed for the shipping and got the correct titles to me.

That was over a year ago and I haven't had any trouble since.
