I made 3 seperate purchase with my credit card. All the DVDs were received but their shipping is not fast. THEN 2 months later, they start to charge random orders on my credit card. They charge my credit card with TWO $50 dollar orders. I reported this to my credit card company and they took care of it. Then I called IDC with the telephone and they COULD NOT give me an answer. I have reported IDC to the better business bureau. Edited by - Drew Black on Sep 19 2002 [Link] |

I was particularly impressed with XonAir's in my beloved watersports/peeing category. And so I plunged, ordering some titles as "safety copies" of discs I already own (the spectre of John Ashcroft compels me to buy every peeing title available until the boom is lowered). Even though the site claimed the titles I wanted were in stock, it turns out they were not. (I found this out by sending a concerned e-mail to them.) Worse, XonAir charged my card—a solid week and a half prior to shipping the discs. When the order arrived yesterday—Saturday—it was contained in a flat USPS shipping enveloped. One of the discs was a rattler. And once disc was missing. Also missing was an invoice or any information about the store's return policy. I had to refer to the e-mail XonAir sent two days ago to learn that one of the titles—Pee-Woman Unchained —is still on back order. This is not a good way to do business, whether we're talking about porn or not. I would recommend against ordering from XonAir. And I blame all this—irrationally, perhaps—on DVD Empire having forced me to seek out other online vendors (Empire discontinued all the peeing titles). So, now I use Adult DVD Now, Jaded Video, Adult DVD Explorer, and DVD Advantage. |
