Just unplug it from the wall, count to 15 and plug it back in. If that don't work then there's a little round recessed button on it. Take a pen and hold that button in to the count of 10. If that don't work, well now it's time to reset your router if you have one, which is basically the same as resetting your modem. All else fails, call your ISP, 99% of the time they offer free tech support for this. You may have a busted WinSock and if that's the case I can email you a tool that will fix that in about 3 minutes... |
