How the fuck do you narrow down the thousands of gonzo movies released last year to the 5 above? More importantly, how are 2 of them from Elegant Angel?
Anal Princess Diaries and Swallow My Squirt 2 have been best sellers on every DVD website since they've been released. They also have been given several favorable reviews. I'm not saying they're the best ever, but definitly above average in my opinion!

I wasn't knocking the movies Hillary, it's just that there are only 5 nominees in total. To me seems a bit improbable that those two flicks were so outstanding as to displace hundreds of other releases from Anabolic/Diabolic, Redlight District etc.(and yes I'll include ZT and 3rd Degree in that lot as well) as well as thousands more that were released from everyone else.
Congrats on your nom as Best New Starlet and for Princess's nom as Best Gonzo. I haven't seen it yet but expect to get it in the mail any day. At least we have seen you in some videos and we never saw McKenzie Lee in anything until she got the AVN Award. Right after that it was announced she was Jenna's new contract girl. We just saw her for the first time in "Raw & Uncut" which was raw and uncut ... not award winning material. I didn't even see McKenzie mentioned on Bono's XRCO new starlet nom list
We're rooting for you to win. I checked your statement and found Princess in the top 25 on sales at my dvd web provider. Frankly, we can't figure out how these awards work and whether people in the "porn actors guild" actually do get to vote like for the Oscars or if its all done politically at a meeting of major studio heads in Chatsworth.
Instead of questioning the validity of these nominations, shouldn't you be in the star crossed forum congratulating your contract girl for her best newbie nom? lol.

ZT and 3rd degree barely deviate from their formula enough to be classed as seperate movies. It's tough to say that, but it would also be wrong to say they offer something on equal par to the creativity of some of the some of the stuff out there.
It is done the same way we narrow things down from hundreds or thousands of releases in other categories, Big Guy: by nomination suggestions from the XRCO members. Each member is asked to submit up to (5) per category and we add 'em up very, very carefully. No politics are involved and we check for any suspicious "batch" noms in any category (which NEVER happens!). If you don't like it or don't believe in the integrity of the nominations, feel free to come by anytime and personally tabulate the noms! I stake my reputation in this business on the results and the results purely reflect the critic's desires and favorites.
And why are 2 of them from Elegant Angel? So what? They deserve it!

I actually rented and watched Anal Princess Diaries. It was good but not really my cup of tea. Not into the whole double anything unless it is your standard DP.
That being said I watched it because everyone here speaks so highly of Hillary and I wanted to see for myself. I was not disappointed. Hillary was indeed fantastic.
The others I have not seen though I own Slut Puppies and I "think" Riot Sluts 2.
I was like you Lee. I thought 'man, I keep hearing Hillary Scott this, Hillary Scott that' and it was getting on my nerves. I got out ASS WRECKAGE #2 and my jaw dropped. Hillary steals the show. In fact, any porn she is in, she steals the show. Her combination of sweetness and sexual punch is electric. Every mischevious blonde I've ever met who thought she was all that needs to sit down and be schooled on exactly how it is they should do it by watching Hillary at work.
That said, I hate to see people scratching their heads about McKenzie Lee. She's done a stack of good British stuff and she's A-1-A in it. I'm not going to make a call on whether Hillary or McKenzie is better - they're so different in style and look. I'm glad both exist.
Of that list, Hillary and ANAL PRINCESS DIARIES should win.
What qualifies as Gonzo according to XRCO? Does XRCO differentiate between Gonzo, All-Sex, Vignette, etc. . . ? When I think of Gonzo, I think of Rodney Moore and the way the females interact with the camera/viewer. I am not criticizing, I am just curious.
