When I clicked through to place my order, the free shipping option did not appear. The lowest level of shipping is 1st class and I believe they are asking for $2.99. I sent an email and someone from their customer service responded and told me they are no longer offering free shipping because they decided to stop sending stuff by media mail because too many people are complaining about delays. Whatever, this isn't exactly the end of the world. But, I would think they would let major affiliates like ADT know about policy changes like that. And by the way, the difference in cost between media mail and first class for a single DVD is very little. I've sent tons of DVD's through the mail and I always use first class. We'll make sure that our Customer Service staff has this correct for anyone else that contacts us. The costs involved made free shipping with 1 and 2 piece shipments unworkable. If it helps, during December we do have all in-stock items on sale for a minimum of 15% off to help you reach the 3 piece minimum. [Link] |
