still hard to fathom why people willingly want to get infected with HIV... I watched a small doc on it once and the concept seemed to be two main things... ... 1 - the guy becomes part of a perceived supporting group of people; a sense of belonging, and 2 - they feel it takes the condom requirement away and they can just have sex at will with anyone (not very scientific of course as there are many strains of HIV).
