I, for one very much doubt it for at least two reasons: one, I don't think fundies are that clever (though they are certainly devious enough) and, two, being discovered participating in the very thing they condemn has created so many problems for these sanctimonious hypocrites in the past, that I doubt they would risk doing something like this that would be of questionable benefit to the goal of ending porn.
Add to this the absolute certainty you may have that most of these folks condemn porn when someone is watching and use porn when they are not, I think we may be confident that there is no serious effort to end porn by flooding the 'net with it.
