Ryan Conner

I found a clip of a movie with young ryan conner. I think the movie is from the late 90's or early 2000's. I couldn't find out which movie it is. I even tried searching for the guy, but couldn't find out who that is either.

My question is: can someone ID the movie? The scene starts with ryan connor going into some kind of mansion, then the sex scene (dream sequence?) and then ends with ryan conner in the bathtub. If you can't ID the movie, can u maybe ID the guy? Then I might be able to search for movies they both have in common and narrow it down.
