If you want to meet women who are new or not advertising on escort websites, you should register/verify with someone who connects people and does this sort of thing. (Pamela peaks was a very reliable person I am not sure what her status is now though)
If you can not do that, then you just have to look on websites to find the ones that are open about it. You can't meet "under the radar" girls unless you go through someone and some security checking.
Your other best bet is to just wait until you get to AVN and network with people. Many of the girls who attend there are interested in making some extra money you just need to know the right people.
