Unfortunately, 99.9% of the adult film directors out there, never seek to utilize sexy cigarette smoking scenarios, in these ways, and thus, sacrifice considerable realism, imho, with their feature and gonzo female film character projections. To be truthful, even what I call the "idiotors" of adult films, fail to recognize the intense sexuality, an attractive, well-built woman, with a lit cigarette, smoldering between her luscious lips can project, and are all too quick to cut out the very few such scenes, which make it to their "film room." So, in conclusion, when it comes to myself, and a great number of other men, btw, wanting to see adult fim directors incorporating lots of sexy "tease" cigarette smoking scenarios, with their feature and gonzo female performers---that remains, largely, a wish, unfulfilled, including even, during the behind the scenes segments, where such, in real life "teases," are so very erotic to we many (Google search "smoking fetish" and "smoking glamour") cigarette (NOT cigar) smoke fetishist!!
