The industry standard is just a cock and I believe that is standard for a reason. In special cases I am ok with handsome male having some screen time but if his presence overpowers the female model he is working with then the production has failed. [Link] |

If there is a scene setup that requires dialogue, then the male needs to be able to handle that. For example, in a stepdaughter scene the guy has to be able to convincingly play the stepfather. For me though, it's less important that he be able to play that role than it is that he LOOKS the role. I don't want to see a stepdad who is just a few years older than his stepdaughter. But once the sex starts, he needs to fade back and showcase the female model. |

Sometimes that goes to their entitled on-screen persona (Deen, Ferrara). Other times it's their tedious one-note acting (London, Nixon). I rarely watch POV because, although the female performer in the scene often works hard to make the situation credible, invariably the male talent phones it in while he lies back waiting for the BJ. The male talent's looks don't really matter to me. As opposed to female talent, where I may change my mind about a performer and start liking them after being not into them so much (recent example: Anna Claire Clouds), when a male makes it onto my No List they stay there. Codey Steele and Isaiah Maxwell are excellent. David Lee can be variable, but also amusing. The Team Skeet 'Dads' are mostly tolerable, although there is always a chance they might out stay their welcome. Edited by - Sexy Sadie on 1/18/2023 12:59:03 PM |

I have a severe love hate with Marco Banderas on this subject, he's phenomenal to watch he's gorgeous, great dick, great energy, gets the girls going good, but good god he doesn't shut up and plenty of scenes the girls look more annoyed than me. But I guess this loops back to the "Just a cock" standard |
| RickFBerger3 Member You do you. 201 Posts 11/23 | Speaking solely for myself and not as some model porn consumer: I am a straight man who is into porn for the women. I'm here to see women's bodies in the heat of passion. From my perspective, most all-lesbian scenes or productions, and a vast majority of all-solo scenes or productions, are far sexier by leaps and bounds than the average girl/boy ("FM") scene. There are some male performers who understand that their maximum attainable role is to be the Fred Astaire or Gene Kelly, or even Donald O'Connor, of their productions. They present the women, and if they do that well, then we appreciate them, or at least I do. If we were to film an everyday, random FM couple having sex the way they normally do, there's a good chance everything the man would do would obstruct the camera view of everything we straight men want to see. What's more, the guy could start acting all controlling and domineering, paying more attention to the impact he's having on his partner than the position he would be portraying in the scene. Which leads to this conclusion: If the professional male performer in an FM or FFM or FFFM scene were to act "natural," the way most guys act with girls in bed, there'd be nothing worth watching. Decades ago, I was dating a girl who was as much into porn as I am. One day, I asked her straight out, "What do you see in men's bodies that's anywhere near as fantastic as what I see in yours?" She thought about it, then said, "Well, there's a hard cock. . . " Then she thought longer before saying, "I guess I don't really know." Men, isn't that right? If the male performer can be a gentleman, even if he's there to be fairly aggressive, then he can fulfill his role respectfully, and I can give him credit. But all too often, the female performer can bring herself to orgasm, or have another great female performer do it, far better and with far more grace than any man. I truly do appreciate what a performer like L.T. or Erik Everhard brings to the screen. They make genuine love to the woman, and they stay in their lanes. That's what I want from a male performer. Guys, if a dildo can do the job better than you can, consider going home and practicing. RFB3 |
