I was schduled to sign for them at in Vegas since August. In October they had a photo shoot for the pics for Vegas and I had a stomach infection and was unable to do the shoot. When I left the shoot I asked them would this effect my status with them for Vegas and they said no. Well today Nov.7 Spiegler gets a email dropping me from there line up because I missed the shoot. They said the shoot was very important and the couldn't reschdule it to shoot me by myself and just photo shop in me with the other girls. They say it has nothing to do with me I'm a ccol person but I just wasn't meant for there line up. So now since they waited until last minute to let Spiegler know I won't be in Vegas this year. So everybody have fun for your girl.
Marie, this is the first I'm hearing of this and I honestly have no idea what the fuck is going on. You showed more professionalism than just about any other girl in the industry when you showed up for that photo shoot despite the fact that you were doubled over in pain. You're also one of the best performers to ever step in front of a camera so I hope there's just been some miscommunication or something. I'll figure out what the hell is going on in the morning. I'll call Speigler and hopefully this will be straightened out and you are going to Vegas for us.
Its great to see someone "manning up" and trying to see what can be done...hopefully this was a mistake and can be corrected. Marie Luv hardly seems the type of performer any studio needs to screw over if it can be avoided.

The point, Gman is that a phone call made much earlier would have precluded all this from happening. I'm sure turning to ADT was not Marie's first move (witness Quaserman's quote regarding "professionalism")...we can assume there has been plenty attempts at communication...
Don't worry phone calls are in the mix I'm just posting this because everybody thinks that I will be at there booth. I like to keep people in the loop.Trust I know how to handle business.
Mike Quasar make sure you do your best for our girl, she is a top notch performer, and a reliable worker. Let's not see her get the shaft off film, only on it.

Hard to believe that RLD didn't snatch Marie up for the convention. She's practically an employee there. There's still time for someone to do the right thing. A lot of people will be disappointed if Marie isn't in Vegas.
Im sure there is a shitload of Companies that would love to have Marie Luv promote there product,but it sounds like she was set on repping ZT for the Big Convention.
Personally I don't see where Zero Tolerance was in the wrong in this. I mean unless Zero Tolerance gave Marie Luv the stomach infection. Also it's Nov. 7th/8th not Dec. 20th. A lot of companies have yet to announce their signing lists. There is always Anabolic, TT Boy, or JM.
I'd suggest you read the top part AC and yeah there is something wrong with this if she was told at the time of the photo shoot this wouldn't be a problem and then a month later it suddenly becomes one. Now Mike Quasar has posted he'll look into it so hopefully this will be resolved as nothing more than a bad misunderstanding. I do know there is time for her to sign for someone else but that's not really the point here. If someone has made a commitment to you and something happens but said person is told that this won't affect their status then it shouldn't affect it. Now if there are outside factors not being mentioned here then I agree the situation could change but I'll wait until later to see if Quaze comes up with something.

I did read above bono. It read to me as though the shoot was important. She got sick and that's a shame, but I don't see a fucking going on. Well I do, but I won't go there.
It just seems funny to me. A company (for whatever reason) decides not to have a girl sign on Nov. 7th and that means the girl is out of the convention almost 2 months away. It just doesn't ring true to me.
Yeah, I agree let's wait to see what comes from this. I just wanted to give my differing opinion to slow up the "bad Zero Tolerance" bandwagon.
No they were wrong because I asked them when I left when I left the set if I was still signing and they said yes. Therefore when other companies were calling trying to book me they were being told that I was signing for ZT.Those other companies you mentioned are cool but I only worked for them one time.So I think they were wrong. Now I won't be in any ads or posters because most companies already had there photo shoot.It was too late.
I don't think Marie is burnning any bridges...it's just a bit of a rant...and understandable as well.
Plus...I can vouch for Spiegler as one who does NOT double book his girls. We've made bookings through him which he always honored despite getting higher offers from other companies later.
