Giving your email address here gets a $20 coupon that you can use on a purchase of $50 or more instock DVDs at express.com.

Search for keyword adult to find a list of (I think) all their porn dvds. I'm not having luck finding many instock - but I'm only checking the DVDs I might like to have.

Well, this offer is over. When I visited the site to check it out, I found this interesting & cryptic message:

"Due to MASSIVE FRAUD, Express.com has ordered us to pull the exclusive $20 Express.com coupon 2 days early. DVD Price Compare SINCERELY apologizes to the over 90% of people who used the coupon responsibly and according to the rules. It is extremely unfortunate that the situation came to this. Thank you for using DVD Price Compare."

Any clue what that means???

Express.com has gotten burned in the past with coupon problems. I forget the details of the past blunders. A $20 off $50 coupon at a mainstream DVD store means they are most likely losing money on every order using the coupon. Withdrawing a coupon early simply means their loss-management staff determined that they had reached their threshold of pain. It's amazing what type of effort some people will go through to take advantage of/abuse a coupon like this.

Abuse or no abuse, I tried to use that coupon but couldn't bring myself to click on "confirm order" because of Express.com's high shipping charges and state sales tax, which negated a good chunk of the discount.

Instead, I took advantage of the MSN Holiday Discount at 800.com, which was stackable with Ebates and an 800.com coupon. And of course, you don't have to pay sales tax there and you get a bag of microwave popcorn with every shipment...

Oops, I thought I was at some "other" forum Sorry!
