Ami Jordan is long gone and Katie Cummings although brilliant cannot really be considered as a newbie for 2009 in my opinion. Gracie Glam and Brook Lee Adams included in that list would have been pleasing. The classs of 2009 is indeed filled with talented performers. Congrats to all the nominees. I felt that Ami's work warranted a nom. Katie's inclusion is more a product of my loose time frame. Her first review on my site showed up in 12/08. The rest of her reviews were from 09. I have no doubt she was around for a good part of 08, but I am limited to what I see. (Which these days is pretty much what's on the site) Since I had only seen her in one movie last year at nom time she didn't make it. So this year she makes it. It's not a perfect system, but I try to make it work as best as I can. And both Brooke and Gracie are awesome. Cutting down the list was very tough this year. Rog Reviews [Link] |
