Bill  All-Star Member 5334 Posts 6/00 | Posted - Jul 12 2009 : 11:27AM For a DVR, where the hard drive will be running 24/7, I think that going with an internal hard drive and an Antec MX-1 enclosure is the best bet. The Antec does a much better job of keeping the hard drive cool than any pre-assembled external drive does. Assembling the external hard drive in the enclosure is as easy putting batteries into a kids toy. [Link] |
