When I last checked Heidi Kat's IAFD entry (in terms of it being available) her debut year was given as 1991, which would make her aged 20. All of the above sources have more credence in my book than does IMDB. [Link]

And to defend oneself even against bullshit charges have costs; lawyers who file the "frivolous lawsuit" briefs cost money, as do the ones who argue "protected speech" and so forth. Not to mention just the mental stress created by lawsuits. Who needs it? The government knows this. Call me cynical, but I don't think they expect to win a single obscenity prosecution... they just expect to put the defendant out of business under the crushing weight of legal fees to defend oneself. It's your website, and you can run it however you see fit. But you absolutely have the right to publish the bio for this individual (assuming it was more or lesslike all the other ones you have up), and anyone who advised you otherwise is full of shit. If it ever actually came down to requiring legal representation, I don't think you would have any trouble at all getting pro bono assistance, either from some of the attorneys who do a lot of adult-industry work, or just by putting out an appeal for help (opportunities to do actual First Amendment work are few and far between in the real world).
