| kristinarose Member 797 Posts 2/08 | Since I've been on ADT, I've seen a lot of retarded etiquette when it comes to ADTers and how they speak about/towards porn chicks. It's really annoying. Saying things like "Taylor Von Bailey wrote: I'm glad it's not going to be Kristina." "RedDevil87 wrote: Dana is cool. Would have preferred Phoenix but I'm sure Dana will produce a great scene too." Who the fuck do you think you are?! Where the fuck are your manners? What's the point in comments like this? Why not just say "Hey bitches, I'm an asshole with terrible etiquette and I'm trying to insult you, muuaaahhaaaahaaa" So I've decided that there should be a place on here for all the porn stars to freely be assholes to all the assholes on ADT. Since you can talk shit about us and make backhanded comments and compliments and try to verbally manipulate us into doing things we're not into to fulfill your fetishes all while safely tucked behind your computer screens, I figure it's only fair for us to have an outlet here on ADT so we can complain about those fan assholes that are probably stealing our porn anyways. I mean.. us porn girls have opinions about you too. Some of you we like and some of you we could really do without. This is our little nook on ADT to to speak freely about you the same way you speak freely about us on every other forum and thread. Edited by - kristinarose on Aug 26 2011 [Link] |

As long as it's not meant in a hurtful way, an honest negative comment should be fair game. ADT is where fans have a voice, some folks will make insults, some will kiss ass, and some will be honest. Without it, none of the people in porn would know how we feel; and none of the fans would think the people in the industry give a shit. |

The forum rules here (Under Etiquette) are pretty clear about this: We are lucky to have industry participants, and they are paying attention to your constructive criticism. Insults will get you nowhere and lead to the deactivation of your forum account. |

It is civil behaviour not to say to a woman that another one is better than her or that she's not that cute. not even when it is the truth. There are many stars I can't really stand , but I never ever say who they are , there are many who hate some of the star i love , it is a matter of personal feelings and tastes. If we are talking about a role in a featured movie than I can argue that for example Kristina is more or less suited for the role , for example I might argue Zoe Voss (one of my favourite) can't play the role of Supergirl , she is too slim for this , but you know what? She actually played the role of a superwoman from Krypton in a Superman Parody and she was great in there. Anyway a discussion on a particular role could be legitimate , but to take down a performer cannot be tolerated. back on topic whreas I agree with the meaning of OP topic I have to disagree with the idea , such topic will lead to flames |

| BSD Senior Member San Diego, CA 2508 Posts 11/03 | This thread is a dumb idea, can't possibly lead to anything constructive or good for anyone, and unless I miss my guess, probably won't last long. It's just dumb. And while the original post at the top of the thread might contain many truths and might be born from a justified sense of frustration and hurt, still it reflects the immaturity of the OP and the lack of her understanding of all that it means to be a professional in her chosen field. When you choose a high profile public profession, especially one like this where the most personal and intimate details of your life are on constant display and under constant critique, part of your professional development is figuring out how you're gonna handle the stupidity that comes with that. You learn that you can't always control your environment, you can't manage things and opinions beyond your control, and you definitely can't internalize or respond to all the mean and hurtful things said about you without losing your health, or your sanity, or both. And you can't petulantly lash back at the public stupidity cuz that is a fight YOU CAN'T WIN. The professionals figure this out and decide how they are going to manage their public interactions, while the unfinished come up with ideas like this. Fan interaction and all that the internet has brought us IS a double edged sword, and those performers that spend too much time with it or have an alarm that goes off every time some yahoo in cyberspace says something rude or dumb are probably gonna wind up feeling just how this OP feels. The world is never gonna be rid of insensitive people with internet connections and performers trying to match them tit for tat is a losing proposition. The moderators of this forum have made it an objective to make performers as comfortable as possible here, and they do a better job than most at shielding them from true assholes. Let's hope the moderators now don't have to protect us unwashed heathen from the performers. BSD Edited by - BSD on 8/26/2011 4:46:36 PM |

If you don't like it, there are other forums where you can disrespect her all you want. ADT isn't one of them. Thanks to Steph and the moderators for that. Kristina - the Next deactivated member thread in the Polls forum exists to bring assholes to the attention of Steph and the moderators. It can take awhile sometimes but they do a good job of taking out the trash. It's a better course of action than behaving like they do. |

Just because others may have violated the forum etiquette in the past, it doesn't mean it's a good idea to violate it again. As someone mentioned above, if you or anyone else feels that someone is crossing the line, please report them to a moderator by clicking on the "Message Moderator" button at the bottom of any thread, or posting about their behaviour in the Next deactivated member thread. |
