All I've ever heard is six pck, washboard, and breadbasket. None of those are gender specific. they just describe the look of a tight, toned midsection.

I too wish there was a sexier word for it. "Six pack" sounds really stupid. If I could dispose of one term used for a body part and have it never be spoken again, it would be six pack.
