Sorry about my terrible ignorance, but what exactly is this all about? I know about passwords an' all, but I've never come across "Secret Hints" and "Secret Words" before. If you forget your password, they may just ask for your secret hint and still let you in. Sometimes they may just want an additional verification and will ask for the info.
