Something like this would vary from store to store, or studio to studio. There isn't a universal, industry 'warranty'.

But recently when I tried to watch it again, I can no longer view it. Both of my DVD players couldn't read the disc. Does anyone know if it's possible to exchange the disc with either the online store where I bought it a year ago or directly with the company that make the DVD?
