I am wondering, to any girls in here who have done an ass to mouth, if it truly tastes like shit or if you have cleaned yourself out enough that it justs tastes like dick.
I think you're confusing porn with real life. A2M is a *porn trend*, and extremely unhealthy - even some pornographers have come out and said so.
These are just a few of the intestinal viruses that you can get
Shigella - 450,000 cases yearly in the U.S, 700 deaths Salmonella - 40,000 cases reported yearly in the U.S. 500 -1000 deaths Listeriosis - 500 deaths U.S. Hepatitis A - 30 - 50,000 cases yearly United States E coli, Hemorrhagic colitis, kidney disease, viral gastroenteritis Campylobacter infection - 500 deaths yearly U.S.
From Mike South's site Bailey writes: (this is only an excerpt - she had a lot more to say, but it didn't pertain to the question)
....." I work in this business and I know how many girls end up in the hospital suffering torn rectums from brutal anal scenes, double anal and other unsafe acts. I know how many of these teenage girls have to go to an emergency room or a twenty four hour clinic with chronic infections from doing ass to mouth or ass to pussy scenes."
So do the Melanie Jaggers of the world, who seem to thrive on this wildly unsafe sexual behavior (at least on camera) take all this into consideration? Are they simply stunningly hygenic and, er, flexible ?
What is pinworm infection? This infection is caused by a small, white intestinal worm called Enterobius vermicularis (EN-ter-O-be-us ver-MIK-u-lar-is). Pinworms are about the length of a staple and live in the rectum of humans. While an infected person sleeps, female pinworms leave the intestines through the anus and deposit eggs on the surrounding skin.
What are the symptoms of a pinworm infection? Itching around the anus, disturbed sleep, and irritability are common symptoms. If the infection is heavy, symptoms may also include loss of appetite, restlessness, and difficulty sleeping. Symptoms are caused by the female pinworm laying her eggs. Most symptoms of pinworm infection are mild; many infected people have no symptoms.
How is pinworm infection spread? Pinworm eggs are infective within a few hours after being deposited on the skin. They can survive up to 2 weeks on clothing, bedding, or other objects. You or your children can become infected after accidentally ingesting (swallowing) infective pinworm eggs from contaminated surfaces or fingers.
How is pinworm infection diagnosed? If pinworms are suspected, transparent adhesive tape (often called the "scotch tape test") or a pinworm paddle (supplied by your health care provider) are applied to the anal region. The eggs become glued to the sticky tape or paddle and are identified by examination under a microscope. Because bathing or having a bowel movement may remove eggs, the test should be done as soon as you wake up in the morning. You may have to provide several samples to your health care provider for examination. Since scratching of the anal area is common, samples taken from under the fingernails may also contain eggs. Eggs are rarely found during lab examinations of stool or urine. At night, the adult worms can sometimes be seen directly in bedclothes or around the anal area.
How is pinworm infection treated? With either prescription or over-the-counter drugs. You should consult your health care provider before treating a suspected case of pinworm. Treatment involves a two-dose course. The second dose should be given 2 weeks after the first.
What if the pinworm infection occurs again? The infected person should be treated with the same two-dose treatment. Close family contacts should also be treated. If the infection occurs again, you should search for the source of the infection. Playmates, schoolmates, close contacts outside the house, and household members should be considered. Each infected person should receive the usual two-dose treatment. In some cases it may be necessary to treat with more than two doses. One option is four to six treatments spaced 2 weeks apart.
How can I prevent the spread of infection and reinfection? Bathe when you wake up to help reduce the egg contamination. Change and wash your underwear each day. Frequent changing of night clothes are recommended. Change underwear, night clothes, and sheets after each treatment. Because the eggs are sensitive to sunlight, open blinds or curtains in bedrooms during the day. Personal hygiene should include washing hands after going to the toilet, before eating and after changing diapers. Trim fingernails short. Discourage nail-biting and scratching bare anal areas. These practices help reduce the risk of continuous self reinfection. Cleaning and vacuuming the entire house or washing sheets every day are probably not necessary or effective. Screening for pinworm infection in schools or institutions is rarely recommended. Children may return to day care after the first treatment dose, after bathing, and after trimming and scrubbing nails.

One of my best friends routinely sees a FUGLY postal worker on the side for the sole reason that she always gives him A2M. I wonder if she learned this form porn since he swears he did not ask her to do it?
It seems to me that one of our biggest modern failings is that whilst we advocate exercising our muscles (even if we don't always do it)we allow our immune systems to wither on the vine. We already know that all this over-sanitation is increasing incidences of asthma and eczema; we know that when we go abroad on holiday to some less sanitised country we will go down with a stomach infection whilst the locals merrily eat and drink whatever they like. Despite this, I am constantly amazed at how people throw food away if it's been on the floor, or has passed its 'use by' date by a day or two: these are opportunities to boost your system with a few bacteria to make it strong for when it really does have an influx of something bad!
If you are old, infirm or pregnant you might well get salmonella from eating raw eggs but for a healthy person with a healthy immune system the risk is negligable. Your gut has evolved for millions of years to cope with bacteria and if you keep your immune system in trim it will serve you well.
I read the comment credited to Bailey vis-a-vis all these girls with infections and frankly I only half believe it. I do half believe it because of course people get infections whether they do A2M or not; if you live in a totally disinfected world there is a possibility you could get sick from A2M or from a dodgy meal.
I haven't done A2M (I'm a fella and my spine isn't THAT flexible) but I have tongue fucked my gfs asshole hundreds and hundreds of times: it's never tasted of shit and I've never had an infection. My girlfriend has done A2M with me, maybe a hundred times: she has ONCE mentioned a bad taste and has never had a stomach bug in the 6 years I have been with her! I contend that she never will have an infection from it even if we do it another 1000 times ( although if and when she gets pregnant I would avoid it at that time whilst her immunity is lowered).
The one thing we avoid is going straight from her ass to her pussy. I'm not a medical man but I do realise that her vagina has not evolved to cope with bacteria the same way her gut has and that this is a much more likely possibility for infection (avoiding this is one of the reasons for the A2M as ass-to-bathroom tends to break the atmosphere a little).
Take care, Sir Noel.

welcome sir noel(that name sounds familier )
i completely agree, i've indulged in ass play and have never had a problem, nor my partner at the time. i'm really not that bothered about watching it in porn, but i do like to do it. its a very intimate and sexy act.
Having lurked this board for over a year never feeling sufficiently motivated to actually register (such a little thing to do yet such a mental block)this was the thread that swayed me. I find it amazing that having disagreed quite strongly with some renowned posters (genuinely though, no trolling or baiting)no-one has commented or argued their corner(excepting Superfly). I can't believe everybody has said 'oh yes, Plum, you're right and we're wrong'.
This is actually a really good thread and deserves more attention than it has received. I mean, is it really unhealthy to do A2M or not? Ask a doctor and they'll give you about a week to live but ask Veronica Moser (german pornstar who eats whole turds like they're mars bars) and she'll scoff at your innocence.
I'm kind of bumping this back up in the vague hope of getting a few more opinions.
Well, Sir Noel, I ate some slightly expired tofu dip in your honor the other day.
And at my last checkup, my physician, Dr. Fallus, recommended that I keep my immune system in top shape by sucking a dick that had been up my ass. And I told him I would when he did.
I'm also not gonna be eating any whole turds. But a Mars bar might hit the spot.
However, more to the point - somewhere I read (and I'm pretty sure this is accurate even though I can't cite a source) that after a couple has been together for a few years they pretty much have all of each other's 'bugs.'
And while Veronica Moser probably is young and healthy, not everyone has a healthy immune system, especially as they grow older.
For decades I have heard that normal environmental exposure to bacteria etc., keeps the immune system healthier than living in a bubble. However, I have never heard any recommendation to purposely ingest shit (nor salmonella infected eggs).
I do rimming, but that's on my husband of many years, and after a bath with a little soapy finger up the ass.
I too have indulged in ass-rimming without ill effects. On the other hand, one of my girlfriends got a yeast infection from ass-to-pussy sex. Anecdotal stories aren't really the point though, are they?
If someone wishes to willingly engage in risky behavior, be it climbing Mount Everest or ass-to-mouth, that's their business. My only comment is that I hope they know what they're getting into, because it can be a bitch to get out of, and considering the sorry state of sex education in the US I doubt most of these young ladies have a clue.
Of course my original post was slightly reactionary. Medical bods are so concerned with covering every eventuality nowadays that risks are emphasised to the point of caution at the expense of everything else.
There are limits to all of this on both sides.
On one side I feel quite certain that if I were to emulate Moser (which I really don't fancy) I will be ill. My illness, however, does not preclude Ms Mosers' good health. It is a little like these weight charts which would have you believe that every bodybuilder is morbidly obese; spectacular generalisation tending to the lowest common denominator.
On the other side we have the salmonella in eggs. About 10 years ago in the UK a Govt minister got in tremendous trouble for saying that British eggs contained salmonella. The point was that eggs had always contained salmonella, but as long as you were not old, infirm or pregnant there wwas no risk to eating them when raw it was just that nobody had ever spelt it out so blatently anymore. Immediately after the statement came the warnings about eating the same eggs raw which peiople had been eating for years.
I'm interested about the part about having each others bugs. A couple of years ago a very long term partner over here (not sure whether it was husband or wife) donated an organ that would usually have needed a very close (blood related) match. The match was successful and was attempted because the medical experts knew that these two had exchanged so many various body fluids over so many years that they had developed a tolerance to each other that just would not exist between two such other individuals.
Hardware: I don't live in the US but I reckon that even the Swedes or the Danes don't go as far as discussing the potential risks of A2M and A2P in there school system!!!
Yeah, this is a kind of fucked up topic, but what the hell, it's 5am, so let's have some fun. First off, anyone who would like an interesting first-hand perspective on this subject, straight from a pornstar, should go to star-crossed section and check out the "Amee Donavan" thread. She tells all about her anus being torn up, and her bout with pinworms and yeast infections.
Ya know, in life there is high risk things, and low risk things. Driving is low risk;Driving drunk is high risk. Sex w/condom is low risk;Sex w/out condom would be considered high risk. CAUTION:I'M NOT LOOKING TO GET INTO AN ARGUMENT AS TO WHAT IS LOW VS. HIGH RISK ACTIVITY. That's not my purpose, as I just have one point to make. Whenever engaging in a sex act like ass-to-mouth, or ass-to-pussy, or really ass-to-anything, one must understand that it is high-risk because of the threat of infection/bacteria. Whenever you engage in risky behavior(physically or biologically), on a long enough time line you will get hurt by it. I've heard five or six different intestinal diseases discussed in this thread. Guys, there are about five or six hundred diseases that can originate from the gasro-intestinal region of the body. Bottom line:ass play is fun, but should be done with caution, as well as moderation. Just reading skronker's post about pinworm should be enough for anyone to think twice.
BTW, I would hate to smell Veronica Moser's breath in the morning before she brushes her teeth!!!
My friend, I would run a mile if she came anywhere near me, never mind hang around to smaell her breath!!
The pinworms thing I have mentioned elsewhere (and I see you've read my comment). This thread does not specify circumstance but I can only point out the blindingly obvious that you can only catch them off somebody who is infected (including yourself). If you suck a cock or anything else out your own ass you cannot catch pinworm if you don't have it already. I have had two friends who have had this ( I only realised this tonight when I found out that pinworms are threadworms) and really as infections go they are no great shakes, unless you complete the cycle again (A2M by whatever vehicle) they will go after a few weeks with no ill effects whatsoever.
Personally infection is more pertinent than these little worms because here does lie a real dormant potential for something nasty. I still maintain though, that if you are healthy and not of extreme age, pregnant or ill, you are not at high risk.
As you know I regard A2P somewhat differently. I won't lie and admittedly in the heat of the moment we have done it a few times but I do believe it is something to be avoided with far more rigour than A2M. With regard to Amee getting torn inside to say it's regrettable would be an understatement, but this is clearly a seperate issue.
I'm reading all these questions about health risks of A#@ to Mouth and (while lauding the effort at helping understand/reduce health risks for us viewers/imitators) I gotta wonder why the movie makers aren't using the mainstream methods of movie-making?
These guys are in the land of make-believe. The realm of illusions. Cut, splice, edit. Take 1, 2, 3, etc... As in, film the anal, stop & break for "clean-up," then continue with the oral. Let the editor fix it after shooting (...i.e. an extra shot of the overweight, ugly man's face to show crossover.)
But, I guess I'm just naive about that sort of thing. That probably costs money - which is, supposedly, more important than the actors health.
The reason they don't do that is because a sufficient number of viewers need to know it's for real. You watch some of these scenes and note the deliberate way in which the guy often goes to some length to make sure his cock remains in shot and unobscured whilst en-route from the ass to the mouth.
I've had the worms and Sir Noel is right, they really are no great shakes. They are tickly little critters though and you have to scrath your arse a lot. This is fine; everyone knows it feels nice to to scratch an itch. I doubt I got them from putting my tongue in the gf's bot though, since I tended to contract these between the ages of about 8 to 10. I do believe I got my worms from petting the dog.
I can thoroughly recommend the 2 stage treatment for getting rid of them. It comes mixed in a strawberry or chocolate milkshake drink. Scrummy, with a not entirely unpleasant aftertaste. I do not believe I recall my mum having to get rid of any external eggs with sticky tape.
In a sexual situation the worms will be very contagious when you have got them so you can be sure if one of you gets them, then it will be milkshakes all round.
But hey, remember worms are for only a fortnight after your first milkshake, not for life !
Can I just clarify, for the avoidance of doubt, that 'petting the dog' does not have any sexual elements to it. It's just that they go round hoovering all sorts of shit up off the ground and sniffing other dogs arses so they are a hot bed for communicable diseases when they poke you with their noses and jump up and lick your hands and that.
Interesting thread! I've actually been thinking about this for a long time.
I think it's completely pointless to label something as risky without specifying what exactly those risks are. As I see it there are a number or risks that can be divided into these three categories:
A. THE RISK OF CONTRACTING A DISEASE OR ABNORMAL BUG This includes things like all STDs, hepatitis, salmonella, and parasites like for example worms. Well, duh! All unprotected sex means you risk getting a disease. Since we're even discussing unprotected sex, I'm assuming we're talking about monogamous couples. If you trust that your partner does not have HIV, why would you not trust that that person doesn't have hepatitis, for example?
B. THE RISK OF GETTING A NORMAL BUG IN THE WRONG PLACE Normal, healthy people have E. coli far up in there, so this means you could get it from anyone including yourself. In your stomach it can cause severe cramps and bloody stool for a week. This seems like a good reason to avoid (deep) A2M. As for A2P that's common knowledge.
C. THE RISK OF MEETING A NEW BACTERIAL FLORA This is where having the same bugs as your partner comes in. I've read about rimming that it is possible to feel sick after the first times doing it because you're not used to the bacterial flora of the other person. Once you've done it you will be though, and just because it's a different bacterial flora it doesn't mean that it is dangerous or unhealthy. We all have a big number of bugs living normally in our stomachs, and some of them are beneficial to us.
I've read everything I can find on the subject of rimming, from sex advisors, normal people, and doctors. My conclusion is that there's no reason to worry about rimming in a healthy, monogamous relationship. As for A2M, I'm not convinced that doctors know very much about it, but I wouldn't do it.
I think we frequently expect doctors to know far more than they actually do. If in doubt a doctor will warn against something much the same as industrial chemists make every chemical ever created sound horrendously dangerous. Most doctors are unlikely to know much more than precisely fuck-all about a2m but people will still take their advice on a2m/anal sex/sports injuries/lifestyle as if they are the last word on the subject.
Hmm... Kinda off topic, but very related. How many of you use condoms for anal sex? Some people say that germs naturally found in the butt can cause infections in the bladder and prostate.
They can, but a guy has a long urethra for bacteria to travel up, and it's a good idea to piss afterward as well, to flush it out.
There is also speculation that semen contains things that interfere with the immune system a bit, which comes in handy for the survival of sperm/ fertilized egg, but isn't meant to be regularly placed into the anus.
AAAaarrghhhhhhhh. Yep, but I don't know how speculative it is. I can try and google it, but I am willing to bet that searches for 'anal sex,' 'immune system,' and 'condoms' turns up pages and pages of stuff on AIDS, with a needle in a haystack effect for what I am looking for...
Standing right beside Sir Noel on this one. I do ass to mouth because it excites me, and my husband, and other guys I've enjoyed (YES! ENJOYED!) it with, and never had any unpleasant effects, just fun.
Ass to mouth is something that people either love or loath.....no amount of research of the risks will persuade someone who's turned off by it. I'm sure there must be hordes of guys, and not a few girls, who are excited by the subject, or it wouldn't be so popular in porn.
So let's talk about the fun, erotic side of the subject.
My girlfriend and I have done ass to mouth several times with nothing bad ever happening. She brought the idea to the bedroom after watching a lot of Jenna Haze movies and wanted to prove she could do anything she saw in the videos. I loved it and so did she. She said that simply the idea of it had her so turned on she wouldn't have cared if it did taste bad. She said she tasted more lube than anything though. I think the idea scares people off more than the actual act would if they just tried it.
