But I purchase mine from a online rental store (that also sells them), where I until now always got the slip case (if there was one). An email inquiring about the Abigail DVD is already out... Hope to get it soon, as they usually get it day-and-date with the US release (I'm located in Germany), so it's only 2-3 days later that I'll find it in my mail box. [Link]
