Generally speaking, that's not up to the girl. They do what they're booked for, when a girl crosses over there's going to be much more demand for new boy/girl material. Not to mention the fact that boy/girl pays more on a per scene basis. Basically, to keep the amount anywhere near even they'd have to turn down boy/girl work AND ask around for more girl/girl work (since some girl/girl companies will just stop shooting them period).
