Abigail, Your performance was top class as always. In my eyes director dropped the ball by choosing such dark lighting in the scene, but it's just a matter of opinion. I remember Mr. Lanksy tried to use darker lighting in several his directed scenes, bus people didn't like it, and he abandoned this directing style. I'm sure, that all sensible people will be satisfied with your anal showcase after watching all scenes from it. You are too good a performer, that it would be otherwise.

That's an issue of how the movie is being released, IMHO. I agree that it should be judged as a full movie, but posting the scenes in piecemeal fashion is necessarily going to lead to many people looking at each scene on its own individual merits. Add in that many ADT users are treating it simply as "first anal scene for Abigail Mac" and judging it based on that alone, not as part of a feature movie, and the reactions diverge even further.
Sure, but IIRC the other Tushy showcases largely also satisfied people on those more narrow grounds, i.e. they "worked" as individual scenes, too, as they weren't that different to Lansky's usual scene fare, so it didn't matter as much. Whether the difference is that this new showcase is more heavy on story (I'm only conjecturing here), or that Kayden Kross has a different directing style, or... (On second thought, I believe the scenes from the Eva Lovia movie did get some criticism for being subpar in the sex, too, although for a different reason, more lack of heat than the shooting style.)

First scene was shit-tier (not sure why I would expect anything more from Lansky et al.). I watch porn to jerk off. I wasn't able to do that with this scene, despite my best efforts, so from my POV, at least, the scene was a failure. Why on earth would I invest more money on a product that already has a garbage reputation?
Kayden Kross directed the showcase, not Lansky. Besides that Abigail was one of the biggest GG stars in the business for years and now she is doing very hard stuff ( IR, anal, DP...). You should appreciate that.

I did, which is why I paid for the scene. However, like most of the "porn" pouring out of Tushy, Blacked, Vixen, etc., it was unfappable garbage, so I'm not inclined to purchase anything further. The REAL shame is that Tori's (the GOAT) inevitable Tushy scene will be just as boring, whitewashed, and generic as the rest of Lansky's trash. Sure, the dude wins awards each year, and makes far more money than I could dream of, still I'm convinced the people who elevate him have never bothered trying to actually jerk off to his scenes. Many say pirating has ruined porn, and they are right to an extent, but I maintain Lansky's generic faux-post-modern color-by-numbers take on erotica is equally culpable. Only on the world of porn could a hack like that be considered an artist.
I liked Part 1, Abigail was at her best, loved her hairstyle and she was so sexy. This is a showcase and it's different. I didnt think that Abigail would do a DP ever.. So her whole anal showcase is a thing to cheer for! In addition i like the style so far in general. It's not just sex guys it has something different, something new that i like.
Just a general note that I think is helpful(not attributing it to anyone specifically), if you consider a post to be toxic, consider waiting for moderation to address it rather than doing so yourself and having more toxic sludge being produced by the original source about the thread.
